Please read this End User License Agreement ("EULA") carefully before using the ZIVPN Tunnel (SSH/DNS/UDP) VPN application ("Application") operated by Zahidul Islam ("Developer").
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not download, install, or use the Application.
License
The Developer grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this EULA.
Restrictions
- License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make the Application available to any third party.
- Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Application.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of the Developer or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or the licensors of the Application.
Ads and In-App Purchases
The free version of the Application includes advertisements. You can remove advertisements by purchasing the ad-free version.
Ownership
The Application, including all content, features, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of the Developer and its licensors.
Updates
The Developer may from time to time provide enhancements or improvements to the features/functionality of the Application, which may include patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades, and other modifications.
Privacy Policy
The Developer’s privacy policy is available at Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated by you or the Developer. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from the Developer if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA.
