Config for ZIVPN

ZIVPN configuration files define various parameters and key-value pairs for the ZIVPN app, such as protocol selection, server location, port, proxy/SNI/payload, and more. These files are ready to use, making configuration easy for users who can store and share them as needed. ZIVPN configurations can be shared or received in three formats: as a `.ziv` file, as a QR code, or as encrypted text in the clipboard.
